I love helping women thrive! My goal is to empower women with tools and resources so they default to feeling like the strong and confident one in every circumstance. I believe we all have a stewardship to care for our complete selves - mind, body and spirit. By partnering with God, women can create lives filled with abundance, clarity, and acceptance. My sustainable approach is to introduce small, life-giving adjustments that will transform one’s quality of life over time. I have had to dismantle some long-standing personal beliefs about what it meant to be fit and healthy. Through the concepts and concrete steps that I will lay out K-Life, I have found vitality and energy, and I am so excited to share!

One thing I love about K-Life is the gradual approach to making changes to support my health. It really helped me to build trust in myself. Because the steps weren’t complicated and don’t take a lot of time I had success. I did them consistently and little by little my confidence grew. I started to believe in myself. Thank you, Kiersha!

I have found myself through K-Life being able to be more honest with myself. I am better able to look inside myself and slowly make meaningful changes that have helped me become a happier person. I feel so often as a mother we don't take care of ourselves, we put everyone and everything else first. Being able to start slow with K-Life and add little changes has helped them become habits. I didn’t feel overwhelmed thinking I had to change everything about my life at once. The health steps feel doable and like I will continue them throughout my life.

The most impactful step in K-Life has been walking. Kiersha has taught us to move. Even if it's just 10-20 min a day. I have found when I take time to walk and be outside, I notice more of God’s creations. Regularly recognizing the beauty around me, helps me feel God’s love. It helps my mindset switch especially if I've had a hard day. It has now been part of my daily routine. I love it and feel so much better emotionally and physically. 

K-Life has helped me learn how to be more mindful and the importance of it. Being able to take even just 5 min every morning to stop and focus on my breath helps (me be more intentional during the day. I have been able to see the difference the days I don't. The mornings I do my days go so much smoother especially when waking up kids for the day.
